That is right. Also let them sit in the cold water for no longer than 5 minutes before you start to peel them. If you wait to long to peel them they get harder to peel.

I'll be with my brother Ed and some friends that are like family to me tomorrow night. Turkey and weed. Having a pre celebration tonight with my brother and friends at the cigar shop.
