Hey! Today is the first day of Winter! Summer, you shouldn't have been so sucky or I wouldn't have been glad to see you go.

This was an attempt to get aussiebitch to post not to comment on her daily wardrobe.

We have daylight savings here, and it starts to get daylight around 4.30am-5am and the sun goes down at 9pm. We suffer brutal winters and this one was tough. So summer is a welcome time for us. We are have a seafood lunch tomorrow, we are going to watch funny movies, Jerry Lewis, and Ricky Gervais David Brent on the road. Then next week we will be having BBQs. Such a great time of year here.

I don't know about snow & ice but I have heard her talk about how cold it is and I know she has four distinct seasons, they are going into their warmest months now.

I cannot even imagine the face on aussiebitch if she had to drive in the snow. I bet I would laugh though at any rate.

It's a beautiful blue sky day here, expected high of 26c.
MWS, a brutal winter is when it is cold, and cold for a long time. Like longer than it should be. The thing is, the other night, it was cold outside, it should have been warmer and you should have just been able to wear a t-shirt, but you needed a jacket too. We have snow down here on the mountain where I live, but it's not the heaps of snow you have in your joint where you need a machine to clear the road. I also live near the beach, so it's the best of both worlds, but sometimes I get sick of the cold and am over it. However, I don't want to be hot and sweaty all the time either.

Is that 56 f ? 32+26 am I close? Is that typical summer heat? C'mon spit it in my hand so I can read it.

Maggot, we have daylight savings here in Summer, it's pretty cool. Sun goes down here around 9pm. 26 celcius = 78.8F. With a seabreeze and at night you can hear the waves. Just perfect.

That's crap Clang. The Tasmanian Devils are high up in the colder parts of the Tasmanian forest, AND you can see and pat a Tassie Devil in the Zoo's they have here. I think I have a picture with one here somewhere.
