Oh and something else that I use for a cutting board is my epicurean pizza peel. I like that better because it's light and you can put it in the dishwasher too. They have cutting boards as well, just look up epicurean cutting boards.

Well those are nice. There is a hexagonal one that's suitable for presentation too. Good job, Sal! This is for the charcuterie board I'm hoping not to fuck up.

If your fig tree is producing fruit yet I'd put some of those on there. If anything just for looks.

If you care about your knives, you should always use an end grain, timber board. Those bamboo things are an abomination. Glass and marble are for morons.

Is your school sending out textbooks for remote learning? My grandbrats school isn't, nor do they require that we have a printer. I'm rather confused as to how they're supposed to learn anything without textbooks or worksheets.

I dont know what the county schools are doing with remote learning, but my friend who is a teacher said they are all screwed up. I signed my daughter up with the State virtual school and two days a week she is in a virtual classroom with a teacher and the rest of the work is printed out and she works on it independently. The state virtual school that has always been in place is much better than whatever the school districts pulled out of their ass real quick.

Our state's virtual learning system is called vlacs, and man, I wish that I had custody of the grandbrats before vlacs maxed out. Now I have to deal with this stupid remote learning bullshit that has absolutely zero accountability. Both of these brats have an iep which includes speach and occupational therapy, along with title 1 reading and math, and everytime I email or call about those services, i get a 'we'll get back to you on that' . What a shitshow.

I signed my daughter up for Florida virtual in July because I knew they'd get maxed out and I'd get stuck with the school district's bullshit. And she can do this anytime of the day, if she misses a class they have recordings that she can watch and then I just print out the worksheets.

Is it possible to turn leftover bolognese sauce into chili? I could probably Google it, but you're better at cooking than Google is.

Sweet, thanks, I know that I could have a just frozen the sauce, too, but hubs has been asking for chilli lately, and I am too lazy to start from scratch.
