The company that produced the video are not presenting the video as if it relates to George's death. It's a video comprised of other video taken of trump throughout the past few years. It's not being presented in a underhanded manner as if there will be people watching who will think he's referring to George. It doesn't matter who he's referring to, they are showing people who trump is.

I think that's your opinion because you haven't seen all that came before that one. They may have pulled it together due to current events, every video they post is topical. I researched it for you. It was said at a campaign rally in April of 2016 in Rome, New York.
During the rally, Trump took a shot at Mitt Romney, where he mocked Eric Garner's last words "I can't breathe".

So two years later after the death of Eric Garner, Trump intentionally uses his last words to mock Romney? Maybe he did, maybe he didn't. There is no way to know because I don't know what's going on inside his head. I've heard him refer to his other rivals as choking as well, I guess everytime he says it, it's purposely to mock Garner?

The results of George's independent autopsy have been released. The results are contrary to what Minneapolis officials released.
George Floyd died due to asphyxia from neck & back compression that led to a lack of blood flow to the brain, according to an independent autopsy done by 2 pathologists' who ruled manner of death: homicide.
Minneapolis officials have said Floyd didn't die from asphyxia.
