Trump tried to pay off the parents of the English kid that was killed by a US diplomat's wife. Trump not only tried to spring that surprise visit (with press) on them when they visited the WH, he was going to use tax payer money for the pay off. I'm sure it was all perfectly legal but the parents refused and continue to demand justice for their dead son.
