I like to cook, and don’t mind cleaning up, I clean up as I go. 

My mom taught me how to cook when I was a youngster, as
She said I should know how to cook just in case I marry a girl
that doesn’t know how to cook. 
And my mom was a damn good cook. 
As it turned out, my Italian wife is an superb cook,
and she even taught me additional Italian and American recipes.

If I do it this way I like to have time for my meal to digest I hate getting up after my last bite and immedietly cleaning. When I stayed w/ my mom this last winter that is how it was.
