You could find a myriad photos/videos that portray him as more athletic in one search, knucklehead.

Anyway, 'gifted' or not -- he plays basketball, he golfs, he works out, he hikes, and he used to ride bicycles with his kids. He's athletically inclined and more physically fit than the job requires. But, maybe if you're lucky, Caitlyn Jenner will run for President in 2020 -- she would meet your 'athletically gifted' presidential requirements.

I'm critical of Obama on a few fronts, and think he's done well on others.

Anyway, he's a fit guy, no matter how you slice it, more so than the other leaders in the OP collage. But, that doesn't relate to those leaders' political abilities or the state of their countries either.
