It's hard to prove slander and defamation in a lot of cases.

But, I think Dominion has a very strong case against all of those who peddled bullshit about the company in order to justify sore loserism on the part of Donald Trump and his gullible/blind conspiracy theorist supporters and allies.

The evidence against the defaming peddlers is public and plentiful, the resulting damage to Dominion is easy to assess and prove, and there are dozens of court rulings (presided over by judges appointed by Republicans and Democrats alike) dismissing false claims of voter fraud and improprieties.

So, in my opinion, it's more likely that the 'Thinkers'   are attempting to minimize their potential legal/financial liability than expressing sincere sorrow.
