Epstein dead?!
#81
I wonder if she is wearing adult diapers. Every time she wakes up she has to wonder if it's the last time. She knows the names of some really powerful and rich people so it would be easy for any of them to do something 3rd 4th or even 20th party to take her out. Whitey Bulger comes to mind, Ratboy himself that ratted many people to the FBI 20 yrs before he took off and went into hiding. He got wacked with a lock in a sock.

I think it's just a matter of time. And it's a long haul to an actual court room to get down and dirty about all this.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

It all depends on the circumstances and the persuasion of the judge. They may give consent at 16 to who they want to live with Paternal or Maternal. Consent is a wide road.

I'm not in any way defending the sex deviants here but it is questionable on what is consent.

Yeah, but we're talking about consent in the context of minors having sex with full grown adults.

In some states, there are exceptions for minors who are in relationships with each other or who are in a relationship with adults who are close to their age.  That doesn't apply to the charges in this case though.

The legal age of sexual consent in this case's situation would be 18 (for Florida) and 17 (for New York).

In some U.S. states and in the Virgin Islands (the other location where some of the alleged trafficking and abuse went down) the legal age of consent is 16.

So, the then 14-year-old complainant wasn't legally able to consent to having sex with Epstein and/or Maxwell.  That's why I don't think it was smart of the attorney to claim the alleged victim agreed/consented to the sexual activity and was thus to blame for any damages she suffered. No so, under the law.

In the eyes of the law you were raped. You were a boy who wasn't old enough to give consent and that female is a kiddie diddler. Gross.

I don't think that kid that was raped by Mary Kay Letourneau had gratitude when he got older. I think he was violated and cheated out of a childhood he was entitled to. He knew it and it was not true love. It was true cray cray.

200 yrs ago kids 12-16 were doing just about everything an adult did they were washing clothes, cooking full meals, taking care of children plowing fields. They had to do it, todays kids are not raised that way anymore, at least a large majority are not. Things were different, they were getting married had children of their own some at 16. Today they are coddled up until they are in their 20's and beyond so the laws written back then has nothing to do with todays society.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights is really the only thing that is still true. I do not hold any good will towards her or Epstien. I just think that she holds the keys to many fat cats future and that is a very dangerous thing for her.

Yes but child labor is not associated with those of an advanced superior civilized society. It is usually linked with grotesque poverty and short life expectancy.

I know my own child has it so much easier than even I had it back in the day. I had a part time job when I was at school, but then I always had my own money and money for concerts.

I think much of society views older women with boys differently than older men with girls. It's all gross but the boys always seem to get a high five for fucking the teacher.

Oh yes I think it's putrid. Even Al Pacino just broke up with his Israeli girlfriend, he said they both really tried but in the end the age gap became a problem. He is 79 years old these days.

Evil is evil, sleaze is sleaze and perversion. It's wrong, it's a violation and can literally fuck that young person's life up for life and they could end up drug addicts, suicidal or psychotic.

I can't tell you over the years working in mental health how many men and women I have met who are broken because they were violated.

I remember LC announcing back in 2012 that Whitney Houston was dead. I remember saying, how is it I just go out to the shops come back and Whitney Houston is dead? I watched a documentary on her life a couple of weeks ago. She was molested by Dionne Warwick's sister Dee Dee. Her mum Cissy used to sing in Elvis' band and was away a lot and Dee Dee interfered with her.

It fucked Whitney up, she had a sexual relationship with Robyn her assistant and also married Bobby Brown. Worse than that she was far into drugs before Bobby Brown even came on the scene. The drugs wrecked her vocal chords and her life. She was broken and confided in people about it, she did try, she did go to rehab. Such a tragedy. I think paedophiles should get the death penalty, male or female. You touch a child, you die.

So,  your child is an entitled little twat who won't know how to take care of herself if you die?

When does it stop?  Can every molested person have a drug addiction and be excused for it?
