The pound then rockets to the sky. Will the U.S. follow?

Where is CN when you need him. That liberal fuckstick is probably crying himself to sleep as the Dems did in 16.
Of the millions of sperm injected into your mother's pussy, you were the quickest?

You are no longer in the womb, friend. The competition is tougher out here.

Who knows?  CN may have voted Conservative Party, like a lot of other English citizens who'd previously only voted for the more liberal Labour Party.

Or not........there are large protests going down in England now, despite Conservative Party leader Johnson's promise to start the healing and unite the polarized country.

In any case, the Labour Party with its unpopular leader Jeremy Corbyn faired worse than it has since the 1930s, according to the news reports I've read.

The Conservatives flipped a sizable number of regions in this week's election, which was largely a referendum on Brexit.  After three  years in limbo, it seems Britain's exit from the European Union will move forward with more momentum.

I don't care much for what I know of Boris Johnson (nor Jeremy Corbyn), but I hope Johnson really does work towards (and succeed in) uniting the U.K. rather than exploiting its current divisions.

I've heard Corbyn was very far left, after looking at some of his rhetoric I'm inclined to agree. And here they are protesting, as they do in America. Protest, protest, protest. Why? When things don't go my way the first thing I don't think of is to protest.  Perhaps the right needs to protest when things don't go their way like children.

You're a white dude in America, of course protesting never occurs to you. Why would it?   hah

Again, you mean?

I guess you don't remember, but it wasn't that long ago that the Tea Party and others on 'the right' exercised their freedom of speech/expression rights to protest during Obama's campaign, after his election, in opposition to Obamacare, etc.

I disagree that exercising one's freedom of speech in public protest is 'childlike', but that's a matter of opinion.  What's a matter of fact is that protests have been undertaken by people of all political affiliations in this country (and other democracies) since our nation's foundation Mags.

There really is a difference between peaceful protest and violent smashing businesses protest. The Tea party protest were clean and when it was done trash was not strewn everywhere. They didn't stop traffic, climb bridges, chain themselves to barricades, shit on police cars, camp in public parks and desecrate anything that was not theirs.

Do you really not see the difference? Should they have done what the occupy movement did?   That's not "childlike"?    Really? I would have no problem whatsoever with protest's that do not encumber any one else's civil rights. But when a group stops traffic, blocks highway's from people just trying to get to work that's when it becomes Marxist. Did the Tea Party do any of that?

Think now.

Sure, Mags, I know the difference between dirty and clean, peaceful and violent, childish and non-childish.  There's no need for me to 'think now' or at anytime to understand what you wrote.

No doubt some protests have been and will be more peaceful, less inconvenient, more clean......than others.  That's just a given and doesn't affect what I posted.

Like I said, it's a fact that people from both sides of the political spectrum have participated in protests, and it's my opinion  that exercising that constitutional right is not inherently childish (regardless of the cause or who's protesting - right, left, both, others - doesn't matter).

Anyway,  as we've discussed before, if violence or other crimes go down in the course of a protest (or in any other context), I'm all for the offenders being held appropriately accountable under the law.

Then you may hope that they get put in front of a liberal judge because 98% of the violent protesters are leftist. But don't worry Trump is replacing those judges as fast as he can. not that they are politically motivated. Right?

Tis true. There have never been more unqualified judges seated than trump & co. have seated and that's not my opinion, that's the opinion of the American Bar Association whose job it has been to rate them. How about that shit? It's okay though because republicans are behind it, right?
