Actually we don't do the magic kingdom that much, it's way too packed even with the fast passes. I like epcot and we have annual passes for that. We also have universal studio annual passes and the nice thing is if you stay at the hard Rock hotel you get to use your room key to bypass all the lines.

Bypassing lines at those parks is a huge perk.

My older kids are pet sitting and peanut is being a pita lol. They had to chase her around the house for two hours to get her back in the cage. She will only willing come to me and jayne.

Pan fried trout that I ate at a restaurant in Durango Colorado where they fileted it at the table.

I've never had trout again that tasted so good. The few other times I had it, it was really fishy.
Try eating one you caught two hours before eating. I promise you it will be as good or better.

I will catch and release if it's not what I'm after for dinner and i've never buried a pig, but I've buried two Javalina in a fire pit for 8 hours and the meat was amazing.

Well, yes they look like wild pigs (they have tusks and can get up to around 120 lbs) , but they're actually a member of the rodent family. If they are properly cleaned the meat tastes like a cross between beef and pork. They're mostly blind, which is why they seem to have a bad disposition. I've never suffered any damage from javelina, so i'm not sure where the "highly destructive" thing comes from. They eat prickly pear cactus though, so I guess that could become an issue with desert landscape? I dunno, but they are quite tasty when dropped into a pit with a good bed of coals and covered with dirt for about 8 hours. I used very minimal seasoning on mine. After 8 hours I dug them up, unwrapped them and in the process of rolling them out of the wrappings all of the meat fell off the bones.

Don't know about the best fish I ever ate, but I know some of the best circumstances I ever ate fish. Port cities like Portland Oregon have the finest seafood you ever saw, so we are a shit ton of good fish when I was there. Best fish I ever ate from my own efforts was a haul of whitefish out of Lake Detroit Oregon, we were hard up against it and went out to catch some food so we didn't die. Then we wrapped it in foil with butter and salt and roasted it campfire style, best damn meal I ever ate.
Best meal I ever missed out on was another Oregon story. I came into a little extra cash so I bought the items for a feast of blacktip shark steaks, damn fine looking ones, enough for the entire group that was living there (about 15 people all told), my treat for the whole crowd. We planned this big summer picnic/ shark dinner, carefully selected a date when all of us would be able to come, really came together for the big day and threw all kinds of extras in...and that morning I woke up with the flu. Couldn't breathe, couldn't really eat, couldn't taste anything, and the party I paid for had to go on as scheduled.

I got to sit and listen to all my family and friends raving about how these steaks were the best ever, and how delicious it was, and how awesome the party was and I couldn't taste or enjoy a damn thing. I was so pissed off...
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

One of the best meals I've had was in the mojave desert after a long day riding quads. All the food was gone except some boiled potatoes, white rice and guacamole. I was starving.

Yeah, Perch is boney and I like white Perch over yellow. Mackerel is bait fish for sea Bass or Strippers. But squid is better for that and tasty. I'm getting sick of fresh caught Salmon and have 6 lbs to get rid of. I should ask Sally for some recipes. Last summer I went out a few times and was catching squid quit a bit, They like to squirt that oily inky stuff on you but after washing and cutting them up into circles then broiled that's all forgotten. But I do love me some Spring Trout Oh yeah! Rainbow, brown or native, Native have the red in the middle of their skin dots, that separates them from the stock browns. I'm not sure whats better Trout & eggs or Porter house steaks. That's a tough call

All of the fish you dudes have mentioned I’d be lucky to make fish cakes out of..

Y’all need to get your asses down here. Coral Trout, golden snapper, fingermark, red emperor, mangrove jack and wild caught saltwater barramundi. You don’t let them go..

I agree salt water fish are bigger than fresh water fish but nothing beats a mighty battle with a large-mouth Bass and I would never keep it to eat. They jump out of the water and ride down deep when caught, enjoyable fish for sure.
