I haven't read the full story of the guy in the park. Only saw the video. Maybe he keeps biscuits in his pocket in case a dog charges him? I don't know.
I do always wonder about these videos and want more info.
I have been out hiking w/ people who have dogs or seen people w/ dogs and it is quite common for someone to say or ask, "Please put your dog on a leash"
I mean it is required anyway. Many people fear dogs.

I thought it was odd that the video started where it did, he is not innocent and may have purposely tried to get a reaction. This world is fucked up.

If you read the whole story he said himself that he carries the dog biscuits to make people put their dogs on the leash because they don't take kindly to strangers giving their dogs food. He's obviously has a hard-on for unleashed dogs (which isn't normal) and he went out of his way to fuck with this nutcase lady who otherwise would have just went about her own business and took her cocker spaniel home without any harm done. But white people like Duchess and Roo watch the video and make the big deal out of this that didn't need to be which actually perpetuates racism that their pea brains can't comprehend.

On the other hand I'd like to watch George Floyd's murderer die a very slow and painful death. And the other cops that did nothing. Its fucking insane, that cop needs the death penalty. He needs to be made an example of.

There are pictures and video of a guy going around-he is wearing all black and has an umbrella-he took a hammer to Auto zone-not sure if he broke windows or what he did-but some are saying he is a cop-
that would be fucked up. Are people really planted into these situatons to make them look worse? That is fucked up.

I just watched a video of it. He's a white guy! He's being followed and repeatedly asked if he's a cop while others are saying he is a cop.
Yes, people are planted to make situations look worse. I don't know if that's the case here, but if it is, I won't be surprised given that it's happened in the past.
Yesterday, some of the video going around was filled with white people looting.
Goddamn it surely does suck to be a person of color in America.

The rule of law works both ways, sometimes I believe that this is just an excuse to go out break things and steal stuff. I saw people pulling up to a Target with a trailer hooked up to the car and they started filling it up. If it was my store I would have armed guards all around it with salt in their shotguns.
