What did you say that you did with them, Maggot? I remember you talking about them and I found some yesterday at the Asian market. I've never eaten them before.

I fried them with onions and put them in a sub with honey mustard and fries on the side. I haven't had them in quite a while. I imagine they would go well with rice.

There are some interesting ingredients in them, but no dog. They were made in California not China. I'm going to make fried rice with it.

My kids love Chinese sausage.   I  usually strip it out of the casing,  fry it up with pepper and onion,  and make a wrap out of it.
