How's everyone doing on the day leading into America's Labor day? A 3 day weekend that can mean the end of Summer for some.
My grill will be cooking and the pool will be filled with screaming idiots trying to get the Goddamn Cat to go for a swim. Not to mention the uneven horseshoe tournament that may last into mosquito feeding time.
I'm kinda happy at any rate that things are finally falling into place. I'm happy and until the next shoe drops I guess I will just go on smiling.
Life isn't that bad, and the good Lord is watching over me.
I truly hope everyone has a really great weekend..................Even those weird Australians.

I appreciate the cooler weather during the day and in the evenings. I appreciate that I drove through the park today and it wasn't crowded.
This weekend should pick up tho and it will be busier in town and I am hoping for a nice lull after that when all of the kids are returning to school.
Last year the state was on fire Labor day weekend and most are just hoping to not have a repeat of that. Some of the recent fires around here have been human caused.
I've never looked more forward to fall than this year. I am so glad to be done with the 100 + degree weather.

So I'm going through my comic books spreading them out, separating the Gold, silver and Bronze years into piles around my cellar and listening to the oldies 500 countdown. The song at 480 was the Ritchous Brothers "You've lost that loving feeling" and now they are down to playing all these eclectic songs I've never heard at 360. it really makes me wonder about their grading system now, but I kinda like the eclectic songs.
That is all.

Anyone care to guess what the number one classic oldies was? I will be back in a few hrs to say which song it was. The winner gets a little Orphan Annie wizzer slightly used and almost invisible. As a matter of fact it is invisible.

I will now take a wizzer and dedicate it to the one I love.

Number 1 classic oldie...thinking, thinking, thinking, Moon River? I'm trying to think of old music because I don't think it will be classic rock. You're not going to tell me it's some Pink Floyd or Ozzie singing some old Black Sabbath, right?

OK here's a hint: The songs title has 2 words in it that women do when they get bored.
