One of my festival friends just posted  "After the war,  landlords should be illegal and treated like prostitutes ".     What in the actual fuck kinda logic is that?   When I questioned him about it,  he said he was from Canada.

Landlords are getting the shaft this year. They can't even kick people out for not paying rent. I would probably rather have a bedbug infestation and have to get them out that way than have to let them stay and turn the heat up.

I still pay my rent every month. I have rent $ up to the end of the year. If I couldn't pay my rent I would move, I wouldn't expect to be able to stay here and not pay.

It's hard enough to evict Tennant's usually.    This year,  I have been lucky to have good people in my apartments.    A few years ago,  it was a fucking disaster,   we had to put thousands of dollars into fixing damages that people left behind.    I wish there was insurance for fucktard renters.
