Tiki, I've appreciated you for a very long time now. I've always thought you belonged in the group of people in my life that I say are some of the smartest people I know. Having said all that, I think you're trolling us. I can't take your trump defense seriously because of the fact that you ARE so smart and because there are no patriotic Americans who support & defend trump and I've always viewed you as patriotic. I'm really NOT trolling, Duchess.  Honestly.

I found January 6 to be a sickening event.  I wasn't going to rely on talking heads to educate me.  I needed to to objectively and dispassionately digest and research what really happened and the legal ramifications of this insane event.

I am completely serious regarding bantering about random and ambiguous terms to color an argument or position.

It frightens me as both of these terms are undefined (in the US Code) and can be used to justify legal actions against those who question authority . . . namely the government, its laws and institutions.

I am completely serious of charging Trump with libelous sedition.

AND . . . if those storming the Capital were arrested and charged with insurrection, then any person who aided them, should be charged, too.

That includes members of the Capital Police Force.

As is my custom, on occasion, I deliberately use absurdity to emphasize a point.  I'm glad you realize this and allow me to do so.

This is not one of those times.
