They all present "news" from a corporate perspective. I did. I was glad that the majority of those testifying are considered staunch republicans by anyone's standards.
We've always known that trump's thugs were out in mass ensuring those public figures paid a price when they wouldn't go along with trump's big lie. The big lie is still going on. I have compassion for the election workers whose lives won't be the same for a very long time, if ever. How awful to be told by the FBI to leave their homes for their own safety, at least the public figures of those in politics had security.
I don't think they come any more conservative than Rusty Bowers. He's the Speaker of the Arizona House and he was under heavy pressure to give in to trump and he stood his ground. He and his wife were caring for their adult daughter who was very sick, she died a few weeks after trump's thugs converged on their home and terrorized them and their neighbors. I see some people calling him a hero today. Pffft. That stuff annoys me, he did his friggin' job and honored his oath. We all should have the expectation that they do so. He'd vote for trump again and said so in an interview the day before his testimony.
The next hearing is tomorrow at 3:00 EST. The witnesses who will be testifying are:
Richard Donohue--former acting Deputy AG
Steven Engle--former assistant AG
Jeffrey Rosen--former acting AG
All of them ^^^^^^^ are republicans.
I'm most interested in Jeffrey Rosen's testimony.

There wasn't supposed to be any more hearings until sometime in July, but suddenly one has been scheduled for tomorrow at 1:00 EST. Lawmakers are supposed to be in their districts this week, not DC, and some of their staff is already vacationing. This is very unusual.

trump really did have the hissy fit temper tantrums I always thought he had. When he saw things on TV or was told something he didn't like, he would take his plates full of food and throw them at the White House walls. He'd also stand up and pull the tablecloth off so that everything on the table would crash to the floor and it happened frequently!

As trump's supporters are at the Capitol chanting "hang Mike Pence. hang Mike Pence" trump said, "he deserves it. There's nothing wrong with it".
trump physically attacked one of his Secret Service and tried to grab the steering wheel because they refused to take him to the Capitol. At that point he had already said they (the mob) weren't there to hurt HIM.
Audio & video of republican lawmakers hiding in the Capitol after it's been breeched and they are pleading with the president and/or his representatives to please call off his mob. They all know the mob is there at trump's direction. There are text messages from the FOX crew, Hannity, Carlson & Ingram who are doing their own pleading, they too know trump is behind the insurrection.
Fruity Rudy Giuliani asked for a pardon & so did the president's Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.

She has security now, she's not alone and I expect the security to be around her for quite some time.
We'll be hearing about the witness intimidation next and that alone is a very serious charge. There has already been statements made under oath about some of the messages witness' were receiving from the trump associates. We'll find out who they are.

The driver of the SUV said that Trump never tried to grab the steering wheel, but he will never be asked in this kangaroo court. The left is inserting lots of conjecture into these uncollaborated stories. Food getting tossed steering wheels getting grabbed, how did he do that sitting in the back seat? His arms must be long I guess. The truth is out there and this is all about trying to destroy Trump.

It would be much easier to believe, one way or the other, if there were cameras pointed inside the vehicles. Security wise, aren't cameras a first line of defense?

Bobby Engel, trump's head of security detail and Tony Ornato trump's deputy Chief of Staff are 2 of the people said to be closest involved in that incident, they both have been giving testimony to the Committee behind closed doors since the Spring of 2021. I find it very hard to believe that the lawyers asking questions of yesterday's witness are inquiring about anything they don't already know the answer to. That's lawyering 101 and I think you know that.
trump was in the backseat of a Suburban, it certainly is possible to reach the front seat. C'mon! Anyway, if this is all you got from yesterday sworn testimony. 
Not a word about trump thinking his VP should be executed by an angry mob of trump supporters. What the fuck, maggot. I suppose you'll find a way to defend his witness tampering as well.
