So where are the confiscated weapons and the names of the persons they belonged to, and who are the people on the audio recording? Did they testify? Has it been verified that those recording were made on the day of the Jan 6 riot? Has anything been verified?
BTW, those people -- some of whom were rioting -- were there in *support* of the current government, they were *not* there to overthrow it. If that were not the case Trump would have called in the National Guard long before they got there. So it's a lie to refer to it as an "insurrection".
I do think that Trump should be held accountable for inciting a riot and should be forced to pay all costs related to it, and maybe serve some time in prison. On the other hand, it would have been prudent for those in charge at the Capitol to clear it out before things got out of hand. Why that didn't happen should also be investigated, because it exacerbated an already bad situation.

Hearings start at 1:00 EST today. The last I heard, no witness names will be released before the hearing because of threats & intimidation. That may have changed since I last checked hours ago. I'm kinda hoping to see some of Pat Cipillone testimony from the other day.

Holy shit balls. They ALL knew trump was unhinged. They knew what he was instigating, they knew how dangerous it was and still is. They texted each other. The White House counsel was running through the halls of the White House to try and keep the worst of the worst out and away from trump and trump welcomed them with open arms. They were the only people he wanted to see because they were the only people encouraging him to fight it out. Fruity Rudy, Sidney Powell, disgraced General Flynn and trump's "stand back & stand by" was the rallying cry.
