They obviously did not "go to the capitol and peacefully protest" like they were asked to do. Tsk, tsk.

Yes, there was. One of trump's complaints was that his supporters weren't going through the metal detectors, he wanted them taken down. He knew full well they weren't going through them because they were armed. That's a fact and has been sworn to under oath.
The Committee has the police calls from that day. One of them referred to a man in a tree with an AR15 and numerous reports of sidearms. There is a ton of information out there confirming all that if you're interested in reading about it. Anyway... Today, Proud Boy Ricky Willden was sentenced for his role in the January 6 insurrection. He's ordered to serve 24 months in prison followed by 36 months of probation. He will also have to pay $2000 in restitution.

They have trees in the capitol building?

Given you question it, the Committee has a website listing everything. They have kept very detailed records and they are available to the public.

Again no guns went into the Capitol, maybe outside but none inside.

Texan Guy Reffitt, up there ^^^^^^, was charged with bringing a handgun onto Capitol grounds, he was charged with 5 felonies and found guilty. He's now doing 87 months in prison and he'll do every second of it.
Christopher Alberts also brought a handgun onto Capitol grounds and was seen with a gun on his hip by LEO who then alerted other officers. He has been indicted on 10 felony counts. There's more, like I said the information is available if you're interested. trumps response to the weapons--"I don't fucking care that they have weapons. They aren't here to hurt ME. Take the fucking mags (metal detectors) away. Let my people in. They can march to the capitol from here". All of that was sworn to under oath.

Mags could meen magazines...

Thomas Robertson is a former police officer and at the time he participated in an assault on our Capitol he was an off-duty LEO. He has been sentenced to more than 7 years for his role in the insurrection. As always, given this was a federal crime, he will do every minute of his sentence. Time probably passes particularly slow for those who are former law enforcement officers.

It's all about revenge. Trumps home was raided because this stupid banana court came up with nothing. Revenge is what it's all about.

Revenge is what it's all about. and nothing to do with breaking the law? *snort laugh* That would also mean that every person who played a role in getting the warrant was out for revenge too. It's a significant number of people and extreme care was taken given it involved a former president. He had months of opportunity to avoid all this and he choose not to, matter of fact, he made a deliberate effort not to comply. Your man ALWAYS cries he's the victim and you're carrying the torch for him like a good little trumpian. |
