I love snow. Makes the world seem clean for a time. And quiet. Almost peaceful.

Oh yeah, it's peaceful until they declare a snow emergency and all the assholes wait until the last minute to dig out their cars and you spend 3 hours looking for a spot on the even side of the street, go the wrong way down a one way street while people call you idiot and you flip them off, and you almost pee your pants.

I have one weather person who is more dramatic than a young girl. I can't even listen to him when there are strong thunderstorms in my area because he scares the crap outta me. He makes me feel certain I'm going to take a direct hit from a tornado. I'm already petrified of tornadoes and after listening to him I take my fear public and THAT makes me want to slit my own throat. Jesus Christ. I'm pissed at him all over again.

Death of a loved one, tornadoes, monster spiders. That shit all lives together in my mind.

I just had to go out and get my garage door opener out of my truck so I can close the door when I go out with the snowblower. But I feel good about this. I have a 12 pack out there.

Us people in N.E. don't worry about keeping things cold in the winta.

hah

We have 6 different weather stations available,  and all 6 of them have a different definition of what's going to happen.    I bought my French toast ingredients at 7 AM this morning.   Every one that I care about is home for the next 24  hours.   Nyc got a record snow fall according to the weather channel.   Bring it.

Yeah I'm not impressed with our snowfall. I think it stopped. Just looks cold and windy outside. Not even worthy of a snow emergency or sending me home 2.5 hours early yesterday.

Well it's something...just not as impressive as trudging through 3 feet of snow. I still had to wear boots and I still need to dig out my car....before I need to move it Friday morning if I'm smart.

The National Zoo panda/s loved the little bit of snow we got on the East Coast. I used to feel just like that whenever it snowed.
