Do you call people that?  I have a friend I call by his name, but I call his wife Mrs, and another older set of friends, like my parents age, I call them both Mr. & Mrs. Do you call clients Mr. & Mrs?

I address Mr. and Mrs. On Christmas cards and invitations.   Does that count?
