I want to replace about 72 ft of wooden fence with some vinyl fence I'm to goddamn lazy to do it plus I have a ton of other shit I'm doing. 3 people were all excited about doing it and after they never called me back I think I found a guy that will do it. He is coming over tomorrow at noon and that fucker better appear, I'm sick of people blowing me off.

Just submitted for a permit today, 84' x 7' CMU wall. Bastards take 4 months to issue.

I'm glad I don't need a permit, I'm just "up-grading" the powers of permit people are pretty fast around here sometimes you just go there and get it, other times you need the neighbors to sign off on it if it abuts their property, that takes time because it has to be mailed out.

Just signed the contract, 72 ft of vinyl fence (not the crappy home depot stuff) with a nice gate 4400.00 installed within 3 weeks, I'm glad thats over.

He doesn't want to haul off the old fence but I can get a few guys from work to do that using my dump account.

Is your old fence wood? Some people, usually women, LOVE weathered fence. They make stuff with it. Stack it and put a FREE sign on it. I'm completely serious.

You were right! I have a guy and his Daughter coming by to take the fence down and haul it away. The good thing is I can take 200,00 off my fence for getting rid of it. Saturday I will ask them if they want the railroad ties that circle my garden and they can eat as many strawberries as they want.
