No matter the circumstance Biden is the one responsible for any fallback. The result of his in ability to use Kabul with one air strip as compared to the 3 airstrip in a better part of the country only shows his inability to even comprehend the evacuation.
His advisors are even worse than his decisions. No matter any previous administrations recommendations he has completely screwed the pooch on this.
He is the President and any decisions could have been changed at a minutes noticed. That is why we have a President. To make snap decisions when American lives are at stake. He has the ability to direct forces and put people where they are needed quick.
Using Kabul as an airport for an external retreat was wrong from the beginning. They have One airstrip.
This will go down as one of the greatest defeats since the civil war. 
The Taliban will use people as ransom to get more money from Biden the dullard.
