Do you use one in order to be up in time or is your internal clock trustworthy?

Internal clock is trustworthy. Very rarely do I oversleep 10-20 minutes.

I chatted about it in another thread just now.

I do set alarms when I work, especially on boat days. I have this fear of missing the boat. It is different than just sleeping in and rolling in to work late. If I miss the boat-I miss out on 12 hours of work that day. I actually set 3 alarms, but don't actually need them as I do wake up naturally. It is just my paranoia.
