I've had head cheese but not scrapple. I was told was what was in that and still love to eat it.

Scrapple is disgusting, my dad used to make it for breakfast. I believe it's a Pennsylvania Dutch thing.

It's made with pork & I'm told it includes everything except the squeal.

It's got all the little weenies and vaginas and leftover parts and what have you ground up and highly spiced like a breakfast sausage. Then you put it in a pan and fry it with eggs.

It is everything that is left after they butcher a hog and get the stuff you can sell for real money. I have been told some manufactures use the stuff they sweep up off the floor. It is best served on a fried egg sandwich- add syrup like mustard. Great breakfast when camping.
