It relieves my anxiety, which now due to the colonoscopy and other stuff I have in abundance.

I have to get laser gum treatment Feb. 8th and they have to knock me out too. Then from there I have to have someone drive me to the other dentist that is going to do my veneers. Trust me, I'm not looking forward to it either.

You’ll be out, you won’t feel a thing! Speaking of feeling, make sure a female nurse is in the room too, to assure your ta-ta’s  are not felt while you’re out!  hah

He's probably in his mid thirties, fairly handsome and has a successful dental practice, I doubt he wants anything to do with my old tits. If it was that old dentist who is his partner then I might be worried, for both my tits and my teeth. The guy looks like he's 90.

We just got legal but they are dicking around with giving licenses out. Meanwhile the Rez got MAD busy and opened all kinds of joints...
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

I just found out my next door neighbor says she has a “license” to sell
Medical Marijuana! I just may ask her to sell me some for my hip joint pain!  hah
I still have pain now, 7 months later, as it turns out I may (likely) have to have what the doc called a “revision operation”  the doc screwed up!
To correct (shorten) the attaching rod screw in my hip that is 1/2” too long and now it rubs against inside my butt ball joint! Damn!   The_Villagers

Yeah I really didn’t need this shit going on now, I should be running around
(not walking in pain) as much as I can, as  I’m rounding third, heading for home!  Angel Priest

Have you become the Mock Surgeon-Fucking-General whilst I have been away? Stop saying shit like that to Cars. You will freak him out.

I worked in Orthopaedic Surgical ward for a little while early on in my nursing career.

You will be fine and better off with a hip replacement than without it. Keep going to physiotherapy, and keep in close contact with your doctor and you will kick it. Keep on top of it, communicate and fight for your health. If these complications persist you have to find a solution, it is a journey, not always straightforward. You are smart Cars, it's your hip, your health, no one understands your body as much as you. You may have to have another procedure. It's ok, I believe in you and you will be fine.

Try stay positive mate.

My state's House and Senate have approved marijuana legalization & sales and now it heads to the Governor for signing. This isn't the first time it has passed both Chambers, but the Governor vetoed it last time. This time lawmakers say they have enough support on both sides to override his veto. It's already decriminalized here. I've never had any concerns about getting popped for possession. I would like to have easy access to it though given the person I spent 20+ years getting it from died 3 years ago.

No, that's your job to tell everyone about your medical expertise like you're doing now. Everyone I know that had hip replacement surgery had problems with it and then they eventually die like all of us. What's your problem with that?

No problemo. I'm not a medical expert of course, I hate the thought of pain and misery for anyone. Just my empathy kicking in.

Holy shit. I'm oblivious. On Friday my Governor said he'll allow bills legalizing rec weed to become law without his signature and he'll authorize state licenses for the sale of marijuana. Hell yeah! Weeeee.
