Last weekend was awesome,   I got to play with my old re-enacting unit.  One of the local towns had a 200^th anniversary celebration,  and requested our old unit.  We had a 2 story pallet fire at the school that night.   Much weed was smoked,  as well as alcohol consumption.    The cookout wasn't that great,  because it rained all day.  We made the best of it, though,  luckily my house is big enough to hold 80 people.   We also had carnival tents in the backyard, which helped.   Hopefully,  you all enjoyed yourselves

It is the start of busy tourist/terrorist season as we sometimes like to call it.

Beach traffic is horrible here and it has been since Wednesday. It will be like this every weekend until school starts back up in the Fall so I hear ya when you talk about tourists/terrorists.
