Should people have the expectation of being able to charge their electic cars at work?

I think there will come a point where it would be expected, but I don't think we're there yet, not here on the East Coast. It might be very different on the West Coast. Most of the gas stations here have several charging stations available tho.

Not alot of electric cars around my area. That's why I don't feel guilty being an asshole and using the charging station spot as a parking spot at grocery stores.
