You asked what is my “conscience” regarding your statement.  Unaffected.  You are obviously unaware (or conveniently have forgotten) the United States is a country with laws . . . if laws exist and are not enforced or ignored, that is the real issue.  As you seem to be keen ("OBSESSED") with researching and pontificating about mental health, may I suggest you devote a bit of time to study our US Code, Title 42, Chapter 102, Subchapter IV, Subsection 9501.  

It’s a tad long.  However, I believe you might be surprised with the rights granted to our “vulnerable people” and with your supposition “doctors” discharge them, to the streets. Feel free to contrast and compare your own Mental Health Act, with ours . . . specifically addressing the discharge of patients, who have no home.  AND KEEP IT TO YOURSELF!

You chose not to read our “Patient’s Bill of Rights” because you really don’t care about the homeless or the mentally ill.  Instead, your focus regarding a “vulnerable person” seems primarily directed on a singular subject . . . “Guys With Dicks Who Wannabe Chicks”.

I now find myself questioning if your alleged “research” was from published literature or merely by your frequent rendezvouses with “Rent Boys” . . . when you had a couple of spare tenners, in your pocket?

I know I left out a boat-load of things.  I'm running a bit behind for my Anglican, Pro-Life, Anti [insert whatever] rally, so I glossed over failed to mention your contributions to our law, finance and property ownership . . . of which we are grateful.

I have not deflected or avoided your ramblings within your posts.  Your knowledge of our health care system is pedestrian . . . as is with many of our citizens and elected officials. 

Kudos to you for having perfect and unassailable institutions that all who are in need receive relief swiftly, fairly and in abundant services.  Not a small task and you've done it brilliantly!

So was the purpose of your posts?  Synthesize it into one or two sentences.  

Here . . . let me give you an example:  "Does United States law allow people to be forced to take medication and be "restrained" with or without their consent?"  -or- "What are the current philosophies regarding providing shelter to those in need?"  "Who can legally prescribe and dispense medication in the US?".

But you won't.  You are another in a long line of phony moralistic preachers and impotent gasbags.  That's sad.  Your posts to are akin to  schoolyard taunting choruses  of  "I'm better than you are!"  . . . shoring up a fragile and scared ego, by attacking another.     Curious . . . Is this an approved NHS technique to cure self-loathing?
