Here’s one I love…
Roasted Cherry Tomato and Ricotta Bruschetta Use sliced French baguette Roasted garlic Ricotta Cherry Tomatoes Olive Oil Put cherry tomatoes on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil ( generously) and add roasted garlic too - roast tomatoes in oven for 30-40 min on 350 degrees - until tomatoes burst/soften Toast slices of bread in oven just a few minutes ( can butter it if want) Then assemble- slather ricotta on bread, then add roasted tomatoes mixture on top Add more olive oil if want I like to serve warm but equally as good if room temp

Do you have to bring an app somewhere, or are you hosting, and need snacks?
The easiest thing to do at home would be things like, a charcuterie board or 2 (no cooking nessacery, justplop fancy meats and cheeses on a cutting board), bacon wrapped scallops ( 2 ingredient, cut bacon in half, wrap around scallop, secure with toothpick, bake at 425 for 20- 25 minutes), sweet and sour kielbasa, meatballs or weenies (put whatever meat ina crockpot, dump a jar of sweet and sour sauce, cokk on low for 4 hours- cut the kielbasa into slices first ) English cuke sandwiches- which is just that tiny bread with flavored cream cheese and sliced cucumber on it. If you have to bring an app somewhere, stop at the grocery store and buy one of those pre cooked shrimp rings.

I hate making food to bring to places. I either under do it or over do it.
Lets see, at our house we always had cheese and meat boards-smoked salmon is always a winner, with bread or crackers, there was always a pickle plate w/ olives and other stuff. That doesn't sound like appetizers tho- hmmm

Mini greek spinach pies are delicious and easy. It's a greek spinach pie with filo dough, but you can simplify it by buying the pre-made filo tartlets in the freezer section. The filling is spinach, feta, ricotta, onions, dill and egg.

I was scrolling through Facebook last night and came across a post, where a woman had made charcuterie board Christmas ornaments out of polymer clay. They were the cutest things, and I wish I knew how to share the picture. It made me think of you

I'm kinda at the point where I'm prepared to thrown a packet of Lipton soup mix into a container of sour cream and call it a day.

I actually just hired a personal chef to deliver appetizers and snacks for Christmas eve/day. It's shit that can be eaten right out of the fridge or heated up in the toaster oven. The other 2 people who live here don't want to go anywhere without me for some reason.
