This just makes me sick. I hope they find her

On ¹⁄₁₀ a postal carrier encounters 5-year-old Adina Brownfield near her home in Cyril, OK - crying and saying she’s hungry. The postal carrier called authorities when no one at her home.

When authorities arrive they realize that the girl’s younger sister (she’s 4 not 3 as was initially reported) is missing.

Apparently the two young sisters were being cared for by a non-parental family member and her husband who have 4 kids of their own.

The husband arrived in AZ with his 4 kids days earlier saying he left the two Brownfield girls in care of their family. He also said his wife had left weeks ago - moving in with a boyfriend “in the city” - completely abandoning him and the six kids.

They believe Athena could have been missing as early as 1/6. She’s very non-verbal.

Searches underway, collecting as much surveillance video as possible from businesses and residences.

They halted all trash pickup in the city during the search.

Alysia Adam’s arrested today for two counts of child neglect.
She was the family member who was supposed to be caring for the girls.
Unclear if her husband will have any charges.

Sad news.
Ivon Adams - the husband of Alysia, and the two little girls’ caregivers- was just arrested in AZ based on OK arrest warrant charging him with first degree murder.

According to the probable cause affidavit there was evidence on his phone leading to the charge.

how awful. it's bad when even person supposed to be the protector is the enemy. She was a gorgeous looking little thing, never given a chance.

That murderer is now going to find out hell exists. So evil.

Ivon Adams - he's being held on $1 million cash bond.

They haven’t found her yet - I think - but he has some sort of evidence on his phone according to probable cause affidavit to indicate murder.

Sometimes in Australia we might say to one another "they have the death penalty there in America", when I saw the picture of that guy there, if he violated or harmed that little girl in any way, I don't care how politically correct you are, you are glad there is a death penalty. I bet the sicko raped her.

On Australian 60 minutes tonight they were talking about that German guy that killed Maddie McCann and they still haven't charged him. All the child porn he had, and there is all these videos of him violating and raping people, I was explaining to my daughter, these people do not deserve oxygen. Seriously, when you think about it, you are such a low life coward you would not just harm and violate a child but kill that little tiny child, you don't deserve oxygen, let alone food or anything else.

Why should these people be allowed to walk the Earth and wipe such vulnerable innocent children off the Earth. No it's them that should go. That Christian Bruckner over there in Germany has been living a life as a parasite, stealing and raping everywhere he goes.

It is so horrific when crimes are committed against children.

Just a note about Ivon Adams - very little understanding of evidence.
There has not been talk of sexually motivated at this point. Her sister ( one year older) needed no medical attention when checked out even though found alone.

If anything, these are two of the dumbest criminals ever.
She’s posting all over social media that she’s with a guy in OKC - who by the way is horrified at what he’s learned - she apparently was duping him. So far she’s only charged with 2 counts of child neglect but the neglect by her likely led to what happened to Athena.

And Ivon - texts about whatever happened??? And then takes off to fam in AZ leaving Adina behind alone and unharmed.

Court documents say that Alysia confessed that her husband beat Athena to death on Christmas night.
Little Athena was motionless and eyes halfway open and he hit her 3 more times. She didn’t move after that.
Said he buried her along fence line near their previous house.

So, he kills this little girl in front of Alysia.
She then goes to hang out with another guy after New Year’s and says nothing to anyone.
And then he leaves Adina - the 5-year-old home alone and fled the state.

The search is now a recovery effort. 

Such a senseless tragedy.

If this can be proven I’m guessing more charges for Alysia are coming and that Ivon will get no mercy in sentencing.
