Are they crazy high where you are? I look at real estate nearly everyday. Today I saw a 3 bedroom, 2 bath on a .5 acre for nearly a half million dollars. There was a time not that long ago where this would be a $250,000 house at best. Rentals, and not even high end ones at that, are averaging $3000.

I think something awful might be brewing. I don't know! I worry about every damn thing under the sun so my feeling might simply be more of that.

They are awful out here. People are moving to places like Idaho and Tennessee. (recent moves by friends of mine)

The average person can't afford to buy a house in Florida. It's not even affordable to rent a dump apartment anymore.
