To Dunk or not to Dunk
#21
I hate it when my sister ruins my meal with all the nutrition info. We will be having a family dinner and she will spout off with how healthy the blueberries are or something like that. Just let me eat!

I hate when all you can eat buffets do it.

Great! Now I know just how unhealthy your buffet is for me. Sarcasm01

I always grabbed a pack of Tesco's dark chocolate, when off to market.

But you really need to stop calling them "Digestives".

They are a damned cookie, not a health aid.

Cookies are bigger and soggier to start with, kinda chewy.

The biscuits of choice are, digestives hah coated in plain or milk chocolate I'm not too fussy, even a plain digestive is acceptable, hob nobs, ginger nuts, rich tea, nice, custard creams.

Might be easier if I just say I will never be found dunking any biscuit with fruit in it, like a fig roll or a garibaldi Smiley_emoticons_kotz

It's been awhile, quite awhile, but I used to do that, but it was always about fat grams.  78

Cold milk, hot coffee. Mmm......sludge.  70

That's me judged.

But, cold milk?  how does it soften it?  it must just stay hard, it can't possibly turn gooey.
Cold milk softens the cookie or donut just like it makes cereal soggy.

Yeah, cold milk does make cereal soggy, but it takes a while, you must have it dunked for minutes at a time.

It takes less than a minute for corn flakes to get soggy.

Do you have brain sog?

Biscuit Dunker . . . Your working description of cookies differs from ours.

Our cookies have a broad range of sizes, thicknesses and textures.

In fact, even the same type of cookie can be represented at both ends of the aforementioned spectrum.

If you sample a batch using an identical recipe and ingredients . . .  prepared by both Duchess and Sally . . . you'd get my drift.

No . . . I take that back.

One is a burnt and charred biscuit and the other is a cookie.

I know, we have american style cookies like this...

and our biscuits are like this...

I can't bake biscuits, over cook them every time.

You used to tell other people that? AAAACK

My other sister tells people that whatever they do for enjoyment they should be making $ at it, and even if they make a little bit of $ they should be making more.
What is up with family?!

One time I finally said to one of them that I never told them to pray or go to church or read the bible when I was doing all that, so stop telling me what to eat, how to eat or how to enjoy life!

I did. I could point at their food and tell them about the fat in it. I was eating less than 30 grams of fat a day and I was obsessed, I gave food power. I don't do that any more and I certainly don't point at anyone's food and make comments about it.

Turns out I already learned how to be a man from Disney's Mulan.

Step 1: Be Tranquil as a forest but on fire within.
