ATTITUDE IS PARAMOUNT
#1
Today I had to go to my bank to conduct some business.

The bank teller was so cheery, happy, polite, helpful, friendly, and caring, that she made me feel the same way and it rubbed off on me, she made my day!
Her attitude was perfect!

Anyone else ever have a similar experience?

I can relate to that carsman, there is a vibe to people, like an electric current arond them, which is picked up.

Take the Duchess for example, dour, down in the mouth, depressed, brief in her dealings, guarded, hurt.

Be glad to be alive duchess, be a spring lamb, dancing, jumping, full of joy.

I might as well be asking Putin to smile broadly. You must take away one of your stars, today.

I'd rather be a goat or a moose and you can call me Batman.

Not at the Bank of America, I don't. Every time I go there they have the drive-thru closed and only one sickening, cheerful teller with ten people in line. I want to kick the plastic divider across the room when she starts chitchatting and laughing with the customers holding me up even longer. Then I get up there and she asks "how's your day been going". Bitch please, I just been standing here for 20 minutes because this sorry ass bank can't hire anymore tellers, just stfu and do the transaction.
