I knew there was something screwy about it. I believed the beard, but since when does Clang have hair like that, he's bald. And I guess it could just be a coincidence that he always has on that superman shirt, maybe he just really likes it.

It is my beard, it has just been straightened and made less gray with photoshop

Not bald right now, but the real hair doesn't look that good and full in the front. I'll swap it out for an unaltered pic of my current look when I get a chance to clean myself up and take a proper selfie.

You've got to send him back to edit, Clang, you've got to. He's made you look like an Amish man with that beard. I don't know one damn thing about stying a beard, if that's even what it is called, but you can't be looking Amish.

Now, I'm off to look for some sexy beard pix.

I sat in a class yesterday next to a guy with a scraggly beard. I thought for sure he was an incel.

I thought it gave him a scholarly look, but I can see the Amish now that you mentioned it.

I'm liking the bearded look and some of my cigar friends are growing them, but I'll most likely shave it off after my birthday(or before if it gets too hot in the spring/summer). Plus I prefer to dress en femme without looking like the Bearded Lady.

I didn't realise Mahomes was black or part black or mixed race or whatever you guys call it. It really shouldn't make a difference. It is quite liberating to not grow up in all that.

That is why I think when I first joined Mock, I didn't understand the "race" thing. I mean, I heard some stuff but really didn't understand the dynamic of it all. I have learned and grown so much since then. I think I have a better understanding, not saying I know everything, I have gained better insight into the dynamics of the struggle and fear on both sides.

Those boys were fantastic on the field and so deserved to win. I feel like I discovered Mahomes and then he became great.

You grew up in Tasmania. It was all but racially ‘cleansed’ back in the day. I grew up in a town with 45% indigenous population. I learnt about the definition of racism and white privilege from a very young age

I was born in Belfast, I grew up in Queensland, and New South Wales before that.

At school, like you, when we learned of Captain Cook, we were taught what a hero he was and how he "discovered" Australia. The aborigines were sort of viewed in the same league as the kangaroos.

We certainly didn't learn about killing them and the bloodshed. It was definitely a different story back in those days, remember when used to have a picture of the Queen in every classroom.

Yeah you’re mostly right, certainly about the pic of the queen in every classroom. I did however learn about the Myall Creek Massacre in year 6 in 1978
