Had pigs liver, onions and mash last night, the liver was three quarters cooked, had some blood.   Wished i had some black pudding too.  O well.    Scrummy, pigs is much better than lamb.   Im sure i had blood  dripping onto my chin.

Liver and onions is good when properly cooked. Get some grill marks on the meat FFS.

I can't stand liver in any way, shape, or form. I'm ready to puke thinking about this. I actually like the smell of Braunschweiger and it looks like it would be delicious on rye with mustard and onion, but unfortunately when I tried a bite it made me gag because of the liver taste.

I was the same way with cream of spinach or just plain cooked spinach. I avoided it for years because it looks nasty. But omg it is so delicious.
