I can’t see why they would do that to her, considering that their future Queen
Camilla was a “home wrecker” consorting with a married man. Causing Diana and Charles to divorce. If anyone to boo it would be her. 

Megan married bachelor Harry, set up a nice home, giving him children, and seemingly making him happy. 
So why would the Brits feel the need to boo her is beyond me. 
Maybe because she was an American TV celebrity, absurd.

I think some view her as uppity and they blame her for Harry leaving. I saw him address that in one of his interviews. He left for his sanity and that of his wife. He did something the others would never do, he was vocal about it. He opened the door to the dysfunction in that family. No, I don't think they have a valid reason to boo her.

For Charles being a “Royal”, it was not very “Noble” of him using Diana just as a baby machine! 

 As for Harry, he has a mind of his own and does whatever he wants! He is too back in line so he will 
never become King so he likely feels he doesn’t have to deal with all the pomp and circumstance nuisance
