There used to be a TV program called Toddlers & Tiaras from 2009 - 2016. 

It showed many laughable “parents”, mothers and some fathers, dressing their
daughters like that going from pageant to pageant. Many of the same kids being flaunted like that over and over, every time in a new costume. They showed the 
parents in the audience showing their kid up on the stage how to cutesy pose. 
They were a special breed of numskull people, spreading their neurosis onto 
their kids. (Think Honey Boo Boo)
