Microsoft is updating Win 11 from 23H2 to 24H2. One of the new "features" is something called Recall, which takes a screenshot of your desktop every 4 seconds and will store them on your PC and the cloud. You will have zero privacy on your PC. If you have a problem with that, here's how to block the update until 23H2's end of life or beyond.

Not that I don't have other concerns, just saying they aren't Microsoft related. They were always such a fuckin' headache.

It's gotten much worse, to the point that hardware is being damaged. Many people are switching to Linux, and I may soon do the same. It's stressful to have to worry about Windows updates bricking your computer, especially when stress levels are already high enough to adversely effect mental health.

I don't miss it at all, rothschild. I used to get concerned with doing simple updates.
I've heard people talk about Linux for years, but I don't know one single thing about it because I never paid attention.
