My team is in Brazil for our season opener tomorrow and it's a "home" game for us. I don't want them to be in Brazil, I want them to be at Lincoln Financial Field. Brazil. Da fuck.

Your Brittany was in the news again. I just feel really sorry for Patrick. He got sucked in there. She is weird and stupid and that kind of woman is manipulative and controlling. She's knocked up again so she can secure her position. Chances of that guy ever finding true unconditional love and have a meaningful relationship with an equal are zero to none. I suppose that's what all those footballers have anyway.

Game day!  Smiley_emoticons_hurra3

I wait all off season to cheer on my team and spend Fall & Winter with my head in my hands because I'm filled with anxiety. Good times!

I'm looking forward to seeing Saquon Barkley in action. The last time I saw him on the field he was dressed like a filthy New York Giant.

Go Birds!

That's Cheetah, he's the star WR for the Miami Dolphins. He was on his way to work, he had a game yesterday and he was pulled over, apparently for a traffic violation. A fricken traffic violation and they have four cops there and Cheetah is on the ground with a knee in his back. There is an investigation and the cop in charge has been put on leave.

That's four ex-cops in that picture right there. Imagine how it would have gone down if he HADN'T been a famous black guy who could catch a ball. Florida is America's dangling dick.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

I hope he didn't let on who he was, so they could get busted instead.

I avoid the pre season hype/games. Was disturbed that McCaffery is out for now. Also concerned that the 49’ers have had several successful seasons w/out a superbowl win (and I feel like they can only maintain that level of play for so long) but despite my reservations, happy with their game against the Jets so far. Ten minutes left 29-13, 49’ers. Looking good!

There's some controversy about this and it seems the 49'ers may have some explaining to do given Christian's backup learned on Friday that he would be filling in and the team designated Christian as questionable the following day. They may be asked to answer why he wasn't downgraded to doubtful before the backup learned he'd be playing in Christian's place. Personally, I think this is hard to enforce and I don't see Goodell doing much of anything about it.

Did anyone reading this see Tua get another concussion last night?

He'll miss at least 4 games--Vikings, Rams, Patriots & Cardinals and it could extend further than that.

Yeah as much as I enjoy watching the games I confess I’m not well informed/educated about the drafts and back room machinations. My husband made a snarky remark about him just recently getting a hefty contract increase but IDK if there’s some correlation there? I’ll pick his brain when we start the game soon (recorded it…don’t want any spoilers). His back up seemed to step up well last week. ?

He's one of the best to do the job and aside from this injury he is living his best life right now. His contract was an extension and is worth $38 million, the total guaranteed amount is $24 million AND he just married a former Miss Universe.
