Lasagna
#1
I made lasagne for my friend and I this weekend. It was fabulous! When was the last time you had lasagne? Do you like meat sauce? Have you had vegetarian lasagne?
Do you care how it is spelled?

I used italian sausage, red peppers, mushrooms, ricotta, mozzerela, parmesan, parsley, spinach a can of diced tomatos and a can of tomato paste and a little bit of "Hot as Fuck" seasoning. And of course, basil, oregano and standard italian seasoning.

Been quite awhile since I had lasagna. Mmmm.....meat sauce. Yes, I've had vegetarian lasagna. No disrespect to my mom's lasagna but your version sounds way better. Even better than any lasagna I've ever had.

No, I don't care how it's spelled.

I'm not normally drawn to meals with meat but that sounds wonderful. NomNomNom.

The leftovers are even amazing!

I have made vegetarian lasagne. I remember it being so juicy I had to put a pan under it in the oven. If I made another one I would use more diced tomatoes and mushrooms and peppers. Zuchini could be used also.

I've had spaghetti sauce with zucchini in it and I liked it.

I want to make lasagne pie with noodles. Would that work? I don't even care-I'm going to try it anyway. (noodles instead of crust)

Also, now I want to make a quiche with noodles instead of crust.

You may nibble on my leg if you wish. No wounds deep enough for stitches please.

The weirdos I live with dont like lasagna so I never make it. I like it though so sometimes I get it at Carrabbas. They make a pretty good one.

My husband loves lasagna and I have never made it for him.  His daughter makes it once every few months and gives him enough to make a few freezer meals.

When you say 'crispy '  do you mean those (no cook) lasagna noodles,  or burnt to oblivion?

Made lasagna last night. It was good but on the saltier side and I didn't even add any extra salt. I think the canned crushed tomatoes is the culprit.
