I have a friend who uses it all the time. I get tired of hearing about it so I tried it with a work issue I was facing and it totally fucking worked. I was amazed.

Wow. I was wrong. ChatGPT makes a pretty good therapist. But yeah I guess I'll skip the therapy and keep doing the talking with friends and family and my crossdressing and toy/collectible hobby as a therapy substitute.

For people who are off the beaten path or have financial constraints this option is beneficial, but once it becomes the new norm it will no longer be free, so on the whole I think it will be destructive. She does NOT do the pepper grinder... My shoulder has been killing me from the last Olive harvest 9 months ago. Finally went to the doctor and I had my first physical therapy session it really helped! Not sure if i'm up to this season...
