A days meals

When I was sick last week I felt hungry at the end of each day like I wasn't getting enough for my body to fight off the illness.

BUT TODAY
I started out with Apple Pancake Bake
I think I made some bacon and eggs at some point with chai tea and orange juice mixed with cranberry juice
And then took a nice long nap
woke up
carved my pumpkin
while roasting garbanzo beans which I ate with some angel hair pasta and pesto sauce (2 servings!)
And then I roasted the pumpkin seeds

It felt like a lot, but I guess it isn't that much.

I felt guilty for buying premade hamburger patties, they were on sale though.

All of that sounds good. Can you elaborate on the Apple Pancake Bake?

Cut up a couple of apples, put them in a baking dish with butter and cinnamon, put them in the oven until they sizzle and then pour on the batter-
Which is basically 6 eggs, some milk and flour and vanilla.

It is so tasty.

You can eat it with syrup.

NomNomNom. You made the recipe sound easy and I appreciate that. If something requires a lot of steps I know that's not something I would attempt.
