My friend was at a Bible study last week. And she told me the lady who runs it was talking about me, but not by name. She said there is one person in the valley who I don't see eye to eye with, but she is a believer also so we have agreed to disagree.
First-my friend was annoyed that she brought politics up in Bible study.
2nd-This lady thinks only 1 person disagrees with her in the valley?
3rd-I never "agreed to disagree"
4th-I lowkey love that I got under someone's skin so much that they had to talk about me at Bible study.
My friend said I'm probably the only one who has ever stood up to her. I find that hard to believe.

Despite all the years of bible training I received I can’t quickly come up with a biblical response but I’m sure there are many. Coming to mind…”love your neighbor as thyself” (she can shove that one) and the 23 rd Psalm (which I STILL know by heart…):
“Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I shall fear no evil…”.

It’s weird the stuff that sticks with us. Not only do I know Psalms 23, I can rattle off the Apostles Creed, Nicene Creed and the preamble to the constitution.
And my A, B, C’s. And the address and phone number where I lived in VA until I was around 10. Go figure.

Go and challenge her on interpretation of scripture and see if she still wants to agree to disagree.

She came to my FB page and challenged many of my posts and got eaten up by my friends, I didn't even have to step in-I did on a few posts. Especially when she told a relative to "Calm down" about being worried about social security and she assured us they were only doing an audit.
She ended up sending me a personal message saying she was going to snooze me because it was too hard to be on my page. LOL
AND then she sent me an email with a bunch of republican memes trying to explain her position. It was really unbelievable.

Auditing is one thing-but auditing and indiscriminate firing like they did is another-and when she used the example of Clinton doing the same thing I had to tell her that he took at least 6-8 months and worked with Congress.
But there was nothing that I could say or anyone else on my page that would change her mind.
The one plus I give to her is that I responded to her email asking her to have some compassion and that I was grieving the loss of my friend's jobs and that they wouldn't be here anymore and she responded in kind to that. She did leave my page alone mostly and came back for 1 jab lol.
On her page she has that T rump is a peacemaker sent by God. And I don't even go there-
