Went to McDonald's today to pick up some stuff. The employees seemed to be having a grand old time...not paying attention to customers. I had to let someone know I was there.

Later I got to hear some wonderful gems such as "Get off your lazy ass and get to work.". Someone was told several times to "shut up" untill they were finally told "I'm fuckin' serious". OK, this may have been JUST a McDonalds...but wouldn't you think there would be somewhere written in the manual that saying Ass and Fuck in a voice customers SITTING IN THE DINING ROOM could hear may not be totally appropriate?

BTW, if it means anything, I would guess all the employees were under 25 and probably in their "career" of asking "do you want fries with that" for some time to come.

Fuck is bad, ass not so much. But since children are known to frequent McDonald's, yeah, those people should be trained better.
