around the holidays, when you see bags of fresh cranberries in the stores, toss a few in the freezer. they freeze very nicely and are handy for cranberry nut breads. they're not just for turkey day anymore! Smiley_emoticons_biggrin

I was just telling my husband about this post and we both agree that we have been missing out. I haven't noticed fresh cranberries at our local fruit and veggie market but I suppose we need to pay closer attention during the holiday's. YOu should make a recipe post at TwitchinKitchin for the fresh cranberry holiday dish.
