No my little red friend, all the sex was not simulated. When it first came out in what? 78? 79? there was so much outrage over that movie it caused it to be one of the number one midnight movies for two years running out here.

MAYBE some of the major stars in it (Malcom McDowel, Peter O'Toole) had their roles simulated but the special effects back then were definitely not savvy enough to fake some of the shit in that film.
