My wife is less a manager more a zookeeper.

I'm guessing your employees hate you equally.

Probably. I expect them to work and be honest. Pretty rotten requirements for a boss to have.

I actually don't hate my employees at all. I expect honesty above all and when that is violated, that is the end of it.

8 under me 1 girl that is a bitch but does an excellent job at billing. The one time I was a bit scared was when a guy came back from lunch a little tipsy and got his hand stuck in the rollers on the coil line. It tore all the skin off his arm from the elbow down leaving a bloody mess and 2 fingers wrapped up in the rollers. taking them apart and retrieving the skin and fingers as fast as I could was like a dream and I do not remember how long it took I think about 10 min but it seamed like forever as he sat there bleeding everywear waiting for the ambulance. We packed the skin and fingers into his lunch bucket and off he went . He ended up losing 2 fingers and half the skin, the other half they fused back on. Insurance paid him 30,000 and he was lucky to get that when the blood test showed .12 I am watching the Superbowl this weekend with him and a bunch of others. And I sometimes tease him saying "cross your fingers kid" or say "give me a high 3 buddy" 39

We have a construction business and the guys are constantly fucking up so my job is to answer the phone and listen to pissed of customers. We had a secretary, but she was like Florence from the Jeffersons so we let her go. I don't have time to name all the horror stories, but I think my husband is getting ready to have a meltdown over all the stress of it.

We had a dude... doesnt work under my supervision, but anyhow, he committed the ultimate in douchebaggery.

Dude was a drunk, everyone knew it. He worked swing shift, and frequently had booze on his breath. Most folks knew he kept a sixer in his car, and would indulge during working hours. The issue was addressed @ his review, and he supposedly stopped drinking on the job. After a couple of weeks of fucking up very expensive parts on his job, the production manager came down at night, and busted him going out to his car having a beer.

Simple case....shit-can the fuckstick, right?

Noooooooooooo not that fucking easy.

Corporate HR person flys in from Seattle to address the issue...and perhaps get him some help to address his alcoholism. What does the asshat proceed to do?

#1. He brings up the fact that our production manager, one night, after a lot of folks had put in a lot of hours on a very important project.. had bought pizza and beer for some employees, and they had supper out in the parking lot, after their shift had ended, and after everyone had clocked out (technically a violation of company policy, as "no alcohol is allowed on the premises"). So much for the production manager being a nice guy, and giving a small reward to some folks that had busted their ass. Production manager gets suspended for 3 days because of this.

#2. Perhaps the most fucked up thing numbnuts did, was mention that during a non-company sponsored camping trip (pretty much just about 15 of us guys had a little fun camping trip over a weekend), felt it fucking necessary to talk about marijuana usage during the campout, and how numerous employees had been smoking during the weekend. What a motherfucking cockbite...talking about all this shit in order to save his own ass.

End result? Fuckstick gets suspended for a month while he gets company-paid treatment for his drinking problem, and now the rest of us are subjected to random drug testing. Aforementioned fuckstick comes back to work, gets the cold shoulder from everyone. After being there a few weeks, he gets popped with alcohol during his weekly drug test (a condition of job reinstatement) and finally gets shit-canned.

There's quite a few of us at work that like to indulge in a bit of herb-smoking on occasion, but never on the job. This asshat has now pretty much ruined it for everyone. I swear, if I ever catch this shitstain on the street.....

It only takes one asshole to fuck it up for everyone. The ones that bitch and moan are the ones that get shit-canned. I never even skip a step when they start and they are gone the next day due to lack of work. I just hate that they get unemployment. I do not put up with shit stirrers.

Our employees feel like they're in Elementry school and probally need to go back there anyway. One of the drills were missing and no one would admit to it so my husband took $10 out of everyones check, kinda like when the teacher punishes the whole class because of one kid. I don't think they like us very much, but the feeling is mutual ::lol::.

I'm also a teamster, so they have to jump through goddamn hoops to try to get rid of me or get me to do anything.
