Tis raining. It's been raining pretty much since April. Yesterday the sun shined and I finally had time to cut the grass around the pool, I thought I was going to have to bale it if it didn't get cut soon. Rain Rain Rain

Whatever you get I get the next day. So you need to get some really good weather.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

Sorry 'bout our luck, Maggottyboo but it's another cold, wet day and I've been warned there's a chance of frost tonight.

With all the rain last week and the sun afterwards for a few days the trees are acting like a time lapse movie and "poof" we have full leaves on the trees again.

I haven't put out my rain gauge yet so I don't know how much rain I've gotten but it's been raining for weeks now with a rare day of sunshine. I'd rather have this than the unstable weather I usually see in May so I don't have any real complaints.

To my recollection, May in MN is typically cooler and wetter than average.
Other than our 92F Friday last week, we've been rainy and below average for temps. Check your weather maps. The Jet Stream has been dipping south from the Dakotas to the East Coast for the past few weeks. Nothing but cool Canadian air filtering in.

78 is the perfect temperature to me, the summer here sucks.

It sucks here when that dreadful humidity moves in. It can be 80 degrees but feel like 110. It's not fun being outdoors then.

It was a warm 90 here today, with the humidity in the mid 60's, makes it a little nasty.

Humidity sucks ass! Sometimes it gets so humid it makes my brick & stone look wet like it has rained. It makes my hair explode too.
05-15-2016, 11:21 PM
What is this humidity you speak of?
05-16-2016, 11:06 AM
If your hair explodes into 10,000 ringlets & your mascara melts off your face, you are experiencing humidity.

I'm a hot & humid fan.
Only because we're exposed to it for 3 months out of the year.

Our weather took a turn for the better this past Sunday.
Since then, sunny skies, light breezes, temps between 60 & 70, and no bugs or humidity. This is what Spring should be.
