Finally got my painting job done! Hoorah!
It was "45" degrees here at 6 am, so the "heat" went on, winter is coming!

We hit 94F for a high today, almost a record.
Today in Billings, MT their high was 41F.
Are you kidding me?
Here, 86F tomorrow and 84F on Sunday.
We didn't have any heat like this in August.
Strange.

Jose fizzled out, never really hitting here, but listening to the those Fuc - -ng weather terrorists I cancelled my last Wednesday's ( the 20 th) reservation.  Now going on the 26 th, and fuc - - -g Maria better stay away from here!

Tis chilly and it's fantastic. Boots, sweater, cutesy hat. Doubtful it will last but I will enjoy it while it's here.

It seems no matter how fast and furious I try to be fully prepared for winter I am usually behind on something. This year I started in Sept. and because of these last couple of cold days I feel I'm getting beat.
Sunday i went to fix a flapping tarp on the edge of my pool and I was carrying a 6x6x8ft pc of wood to the backside, I stepped on the tarp and whoosh dropped the wood and ended up flat on my back on top of the tarp in the middle of the pool. my feet got tangled in the tarp and the stupid dog next door was barking his head off. I yelled SHUT THE FUCK UP!!!! and made it to the edge soaking wet. I'm just lucky I didn't have my phone on me. It took some time to get my feet untangled and I started getting scared thinking so this is how it ends...........

It was like falling into a giant waterbed ........until the water started seeping in. I have to pull it back off again and re do it now but I'm still pissed at myself. This was at 10am so it kinda ruined my day.

Cute boots. I saw a woman wearing cute black high heel boots today. I had thought about buying a pair before today, but now I want to buy them more than ever.
